Hemanshu by qualification is BE, MBA. He gained diversified experience of more than 15 years in the domain of Procurement and marketing profiles. He has worked with most reputed Fortune 500 organizations e.g. L&T, TOTAL (French MNC), GSPC Group (Govt. of Gujarat), Mahanagar Gas, Waghbakri Tea and Pidilite/Fevical.
Hemanshu ventured into real estate industry because of his passion. He has successfully executed impressive numbers of high value transactions in the domain of buying, selling, land acquisitions, corporates leasing and pre-leased properties. He believes that property consulting business is highly unorganized and it is an ocean of opportunity if done professionally keeping client satisfaction in the center of business.
He believes that the property should contribute substantial part of investment portfolio due to its higher safety, attractive return on investments (rental yield and/or appreciation) and less volatility as compared to other class of assets.
